ICJ orders Israel to ensure food supply in Gaza
The International Court of Justice at The Hague unanimously has ordered Israel to take all necessary and effective actions to ensure basic food supplies in Gaza. It ordered Israel to improve the humanitarian situation in Gaza, including opening more land crossings to allow food, water, fuel and other supplies into the war-ravaged enclave
Israeli air strikes kill 42 in Syria
Israeli air strikes on Syria’s northern province of Aleppo have killed more than 42 people, most of them soldiers. The fatalities included six members of Hezbollah, the Lebanese armed group confirmed. The attacks about 1:45am on Friday targeted several areas in Aleppo’s countryside, Syria’s Ministry of Defence said.
Bangladeshi youth stabbed dead in South Africa
A Bangladeshi youth named Md. Emraj Hossain Sumon, aged 28 has been stabbed dead by miscreants in Best Area Falguz area of South Africa. The incident took place at around 11:00 am on Friday. Emraj was the son of Abul Khayer at Jagatpur village in Feni’s Daganbhuiyan municipality.

Fire at garment factory in Chattogram
A fire broke out at a garment factory at Bayezid Bostami Police Station in Chattogram on Friday afternoon. The fire originated at the second floor of six-storey Korean factory at around 4:00pm. Being informed, six units of fire service rushed to the spot to douse the fire. The cause of the fire or damage was not immediately known.
Taliban to resume stoning women for adultery
The Taliban government in Afghanistan has announced that the women will be stoned to death for adultery. “You say it’s a violation of women’s rights when we stone them to death. But we will soon implement the punishment for adultery. We will flog women in public. We will stone them to death in public,” he said. Supreme Leader Mullah Hibatullah Akhundzada made the announcement in a voice message broadcast on state TV last Saturday.
Actions to be taken for excess fares: IGP
